• Productivity: Take steps toward achieving the goals you set during the New Moon. You’ll feel more energized, so use this time to work on creative projects, make progress in your business, or tackle tasks that require motivation.


3. Full Moon: Peak Energy and Clarity


Energy: High, Celebratory, Illuminating


The Full Moon is a time of heightened energy, clarity, and illumination. It’s a time to celebrate your progress, acknowledge what’s working, and release what’s no longer serving you.


• Health: This is a time of peak energy, so engage in activities that allow you to release excess energy, like dancing, high-intensity workouts, or outdoor adventures. Full Moon rituals, such as a detox bath or journaling, can help you reflect and reset.

• Productivity: Review your progress and take stock of what you’ve accomplished. Celebrate your wins, but also assess where you may need to let go of certain projects or ideas that aren’t working. This is a great time for clarity and realignment.


4. Waning Moon: Reflection and Release
